"Food was good. I love the soup with so much flavor. Sea food pancake was loaded with ingredients and serve hot and crispy. Bibimba was large, and taste as expected. Disppointed about the fried chicken. Was not juicy, a bit dry. Just the music was TOO LOUD."

"My friends and I come here pretty often. We really like the soup #7 and the spicy pork feet #2 (they look a different from the menu photo, but it’s the same dish as in my picture). The portions are quite big, so it’s even better to share with a group. Highly recommend!"

"Amazing, traditional, comforting food! I tried their grilled makchang and pork soup with rice (daeji gukbap). The gopchang gui had this amazing bbq aroma and taste. The texture was slightly crispy on the outside, slightly crunchy on the inside while juicy and tender at the same time. The daeji gukbap had a beautiful taste and aroma with plentiful quality pork. The main dishes were nicely prepared, and the variety of side dishes complemented the main dishes perfectly. The atmosphere had a good vibe. This is the next best thing when I can't afford to visit Korea often, haha. Only wish I live closer then I can come more often."

"Strangely enough I don’t have a picture of their pork stew, but it is highly recommended. Personally I like the 섞어국밥 which has a bit more of the interesting ajusshi cuts of pork. But you get the non-spicy, and it comes with brined tiny shrimp, spicy paste, perilla seeds and salt. And then what you do is you flavor your soup with these, and don’t forget to add a nice serving of kimchi directly into the soup. Once the soup is nice and flavorful to your liking, you eat methodically a spoonful of rice with the soup and the morsels therein, while shooting down soju and enjoying a quiet moment in life. In Korean, it is said that a gentleman / aristocrat dares not to dump his rice into the soup, for that is the way of the uncouth lowborn with bare feet and bundle of sad sticks tied to his back, but in these small moments of rest and enjoyment, all men find themselves equal and such rectitude falls by the wayside, succumbing to the waning inhibitions of a warming, satisfied belly. Oh, and the service is meh, but, something-something satisfied belly."

"Always a solid place for soup. Makes me sad to see it’s a little dead now compared to back in the day. A lot of the old restaurants at this strip is really closed down so I really hope this place stay in business though."

"Busan Daeji Gukbap Korean Restaurant, and it was an overall decent experience. The portions were incredibly generous, and I definitely left feeling full, which is always a good sign. The taste of the dishes was okay—flavorful, but the seasoning could have been a bit bolder to really elevate the dishes. The service was okay. The staff were polite, but not as attentive as I had hoped. While they did their job, there wasn’t much of a personal touch or extra effort to make the dining experience stand out. The restaurant itself could use some renovations. The interior felt outdated, and it could really benefit from a refresh to make the atmosphere more inviting. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant wasn’t quite up to par, which detracted from the overall experience. While the food was filling and the service was acceptable, the ambiance and cleanliness could use some improvement. Still, it’s a decent spot for a casual meal if you’re looking for large portions at a reasonable price. Does this reflect your experience more accurately? Let me know if you need further changes!"

"If you're looking for a spot that hits the mark every single time, this is it. I’ve been a regular for over 4years and the food is always 10/10. The staff makes you feel right at home and the flavors are consistently incredible. It’s rare to find a place this reliable. Highly recommended for anyone who values great food and top-tier service!"
